That is five months backward for EB. Fourth category date remains same as previous month for EB certain religious workers. Category date, moves from unauthorized for all chargeability areas, except those listed date goes a June 22 2022 for China June 22, 2022 for El Salvador Guatemala, Honduras March 15, 2018 for India June 22, 2022 for Mexico September 15, 2020 for Philippines June 22, 2022 for EB 5th, Unreserved, including C5 T5 I5 R5 category, all countries remains as previous month for EB 5th set aside rural 20 category.

All countries remains current for EB fifth set aside high unemployment 10 category. All countries remains current for EB 5th set aside infrastructure 2 category. All countries remains current now, let’s see employment-based filing date, chart for employment-based. First category, all chargeability areas except those listed China, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Mexico and Philippines date remains same as previous month for EB. Second category date remains same as previous month. Nothing changed for EB. Third category date remains same as previous month for EB other workers, category for all chargeability areas except those listed El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico and Philippines date goes backward from September 8, 2022 to February 1, 2020.

That is 950 days backward for China, and India date remains same as previous month for EB. Fourth category date remains same as previous month for EB certain religious workers. Category date remains same as previous month for EB 5th, unreserved, including C5, T5 I5 R5 category.

All countries remains as previous this month, nothing changed for EB fifth set aside rural 20 category. All countries remains current as previous month for EB fifth set aside high unemployment 10 category.
